Celebrity impressionist Mike Maguire has already taken the comedy circuit by storm. In only three years since his appearance on Des O Connor’s ‘Pot of Gold’ Mike has built up a huge following; indeed he actually has a fan club in the famous White House Pub in Ross-Grey in County Tipperary.

With an act consisting of as many as 75 impressions, Mike can literally turn his voice into any celebrity, and is constantly updating his act to keep it topical (see attached list).

Mike’s current exposure includes a regular spot on Manchester United TV in the Autumn, slots on Channel 4’s ‘Under The Moon,’ but he is perhaps best known as the man behind the Galaxy FM daily morning wind ups, surprising an array of celebrities and the public with his hilarious and uncannily accurate impressions. He has also appeared on his local Granada TV on several occasions.

As a comedian / impressionist his act begins with 10 minutes of stand up comedy, before launching into ½ hour of comedy impressions. Such a versatile act has made him a hit in almost any venue, from the ‘alternative’ comedy clubs in which he has headlined, to the grafting social clubs, where the true comedian earns his reputation, and finally on after dinner functions, in particular sporting events where he has recently made a name for himself. His impressions range from sporting to television to political to general personalities all delivered with a witty repartee.

Mike has also worked on many radio and TV voice-overs.
